At present I run an Improvers class on Thursdays at 2.30 to 3.30 during the winter months September to March/April. We start with warm up exercises and gentle stretches and then learn a sequence of movements. We finish with cool down exercises and a chat over a glass of water! Through regular practice of Tai Chi and Qi Gong we can improve our posture, balance,flexibility, strength, co-ordination and memory. Feedback from the class is positive and many report a sense of calmness.
A small charge is made and a donation is given to the Old School Preservation Trust for the use of the hall.
Tai chi is suitable for everyone. Anyone interested in joining us will be made very welcome.
